1 cupcouscous
2& 1/2 cups yoghurt
1/4 cupsugar
Pinchsalt optional
1& 1/2 cup water

First boil the water and put the couscous

Allow it to cook for 5mins or until soft enough

Transfer it to a bowl and Allow it to cool

Then put the sugar and yoghurt and the salt which is optional and mix well

Serve and enjoy
