Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, curd, white pepper & salt cover & keep aside fr 1 hr in refrigerator

Heat 2tsp oil add onion saute well, add 1 cup of water when water boiled add almonds, cashewnut, watermelon seed slow the flame cover & cook till water dried. Cool it & grind in a mixi & make a smooth past

In a pan heat oil add whole garam masala & marinated chicken and saute on high heat for a minute or two until it starts to boil fried on both side till water dried, add remaining mixture of marinated chicken & onion paste add water & cook well.

Add kasuri methi, fresh cream, garam masala & cardamon powder.Cook fr 2 mnt & serve with tandoori roti & naan.
