We call in Odisha as 'Chhuin' and usually the convenient way to cook drumsticks with other available veggies is called 'chhuin Santula'. It's simple to prepare but taste is awesome.

Boil the water. Add salt and turmeric powder. Cook the veggies till they are 80% done. Add the tomatoes and wait til they are soft. Switch off the flame.

In tadka pan heat oil and drop red dry chilli and mustard seeds. Allow mustard seeds to splutter.

Now add green chilli, onion and garlic and saute till onion is translucent and the masala aromatic.

Mix this tadka to the boiled veggies. Mix well and cook covered for 1-1 1/2 minutes. Serve this hot Santula with Roti/Rice.
