Sewaiyon ki kheer

I love these sewaiyan, they are the thick ones, they take 15 mins to cook but taste delicious. I use them in sewaiyon wali chai too, recipe is there in my kitchen already..
So Sewaiyon ki kheer is the name, because it’s made in milk which is absorbed totally. I usually turn off the flame when there’s just a little bit milk left, this makes them creamy as they cool a little bit.
