Presenting a yummy paratha which is stuffed with Dal and can be a wonderful breakfast.
Each paratha is stuffed with a thick layer of tasty Dal and served with fried chilli.

Each paratha is stuffed with a thick layer of tasty Dal and served with fried chilli.
Steps

Soak Dal overnight and pressure cook it.

In mixer grinder, add boiled Dal + green chilli + ginger and make a smooth paste.

In moderately heated pan, add oil, then add Dal paste + salt + hing + haldi and sauté till rawness from Dal goes off and moisture evaporates completely. Dal should be completely dry.

In mixing bowl, add maida + wheat flour + salt + oil + water and make a tight dough. Divide the dough and make equal medium size balls.

Slightly flatten the balls and give bowl shape, Now place 2-3 tbsp of stuffing right in middle of the bowl and seal properly.

Flatten it gently and roll our further for a little more bigger size.

Now cook / toast each paratha till brown spots appear on both sides.

Dal stuffed Paratha is ready to serve.

Serve with pickle or any preferred Chutney.
