Soak glutinous rice in much water for more than 2 hours.

Chop Kabocha pumpkin and microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds 600w covering with film.

Add sugar and mash with fork. Make 6 small balls.

Drain water and crush glutinous rice with rolling pin.

Add 80ml water and microwave for 3 minutes 600w covering with film. Mix with spatula and microwave again for 2 minutes. Mix well.

Add sugar and salt. Divide mochi into two pieces. Color orange color with food coloring. Green with Matcha powder.

Divide each mochi into 3 pieces.

On film, spread mochi dough and place pumpkin in center. Wrap it with mochi dough.

Soaking the knife in water, add streaks to the mochi to make it into a pumpkin shape.

Cut cinnamon sticks small and put it on the mochi.
