Steps

Marinade paneer pieces with salt and marinade for 10 -15 minutes.

Assemble all ingredients

Make paste of tomato + ginger + green chilli. Make paste of cashews + almonds + 3 -4 tbsp milk.

Fry marinaded paneer pieces till golden brown and keep aside.

In same pan add oil, add cumin seeds and allow to crackle, then add tomato paste + little salt and stir fry for 2 minutes, then add curd + all spices except garam masala.

Stir fry the masala till oil seen on surface

Add cashew paste and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add milk and give a nice boil, then add garam masala + salt (as required)

Now add paneer cubes and cook for 2- 3 minutes under medium flame.

Now add chopped coriander + sugar, mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Now Tomato paneer is ready

Serve with Pulao, fried rice, paratha,Naan, etc
