Ingredients

  • 2onion big size
  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 pinchturmeric powder
  • 2 pinchasafoetida
  • 1 tspchopped green coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tspcarromseeds
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • as required For frying oil
  • as per taste salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a onion peep and cut in slices add all spices mixed and keep a side for half an hour.

  2. 2

    After half an hour add besan mix and whisk in hand.

  3. 3

    Take a ironwork add oil then oil heat make a onion bhajia fry in both sides.
