  • 1/2 kgbroccoli florets
  • 2medium chopped aloo
  • as requiredthick slices of one onion
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 2 tbspmustard oil
  • as per tasteSalt

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadai add chopped aloo n roast for one min.

    Then add florets,onion and all masala ingredients,saute well,cover n cook on low flame.
