1/2 kgbroccoli florets
2medium chopped aloo
as requiredthick slices of one onion
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/3 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspgaram masala powder
1 tspcoriander powder
2 tbspmustard oil
as per tasteSalt

Heat oil in a kadai add chopped aloo n roast for one min.

Then add florets,onion and all masala ingredients,saute well,cover n cook on low flame.

When cooked off the flame and serve with chapati.
