  • 500 mlGluten-free Flour
  • 20 mlBaking Powder
  • 3 mlSalt
  • 50 mlHard Plant Butter
  • 1Egg
  • 100 mlCold Water

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat Oven to 200 °C.

    Combine the Gluten-free Flour, Baking Powder and Salt.

    Rub in the Plant Butter until the flour resemble fine crumbs.

    Add in the Egg and Water and combine until just combined. Do not over mix.

    Scoop onto a prepared pan and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
