  • 1Egg
  • 15 mlLemon Juice
  • 5 mlDijon Mustard
  • 1 mlSalt
  • Black Pepper
  • 125 mlPlant Butter, melted

    Add Egg, Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard, Salt and Pepper into a food processor and blend for 5 seconds until combined.

    With the food processor on high speed, slowly add the Plant Butter to the mixture until it's well combined.

    Pour the hollandaise sauce into a small bowl or over your Eggs Benedict and serve.

The raw egg is tricky for health reasons. Therefore the butter should be extremely hot to cook the egg somewhat.
