Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup yellow pumpkin
  2. 3/4 cup almond milk
  3. 1 tspcumin seeds
  4. as required Small piece of cinnamon,
  5. as required Ginger- small piece
  6. 2cloves
  7. 1cardamom
  8. 2 pinchnutmeg
  9. 50 mlwater
  10. 2 tspbutter/ghee
  11. 1 tspcoriander seeds

    Cut the pumpkins into small cubes and steam for 10min(don’t discard the seeds)

  2. 2

    Heat a Kadai and add 2 tsp of butter.Add all the spices mentioned in the recipe and sauté for 2 to 3 min..

  3. 3

    Transfer the steamed pumpkins along with seeds to a mixie jar along with the sautéed spices

  4. 4

    Pour the ground mixture to the kadai and add salt.

  5. 5

    Add the almond milk and bring it to a boil. Simmer for 2 min and add cilantro and pepper powder.

  6. 6

    Switch off the flame. Serve and enjoy it hot
