Onion Kachori (Pyaz Kachori)

For dough -
Combine all ingredients in deep bowl and knead into semi soft dough with water. Cover for 15 min. with wet muslin cloth keep aside. - 2
For filling -
Heat up oil in pan add nigella seeds fennel seeds bay leaves green chillies onion saute for 5 min. - 3
Add bengal gram flour (besan) dry Coriander powder red chilli powder garam masala powder salt mix all cook for 2 min. Remove bay leaves discard them. Take mixture in bowl keep aside

Take dough divide into equall portions roll out each place one portion of onions filling in center bring together all sides seal it. Roll again

Make all same. Heat oil in deep frying pan drop 2-3 kachories at a time flipping them fry till golden brown in colour.

Serve your kachories with chatpati chutney
