Take rice in a pot and add milk. Now cook till the rice is soft. Add green cardamom powder and sugar; now cook till it turns thick and keep it aside to cool.
Into a deep bowl, transfer the rice pudding (kheer). Fold in most of the rose petals and half a cup of whipped cream. Now mix while adding two tablespoon of rose syrup. - 2
Put the kheer for chilling in stemmed glasses (bowl). The remaining whipped cream can be put on the kheer in pipe rosettes and a piping bag in each glass.(Bowl 🥣)
Spray a little rose syrup above it, put a rose petal on top and serve it chilled - 3
