  • 400 gPineapple Peels
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 10 gGinger
  • 500 gWater
  • Honey(optional)1/2Cup

Steps

    Chop peels into bits

  2. 2

    Put all ingredients except honey in a blender

  3. 3

    Blend till smooth

  4. 4

    Sieve,you can add honey now if using

  5. 5

    Enjoy chilled or straight on
