Ingredients

  1. 2 Cupswhole wheat flour
  2. as requiredghee for cooking
  3. 1tsp.oil/ ghee
  4. For the filling:
  5. 2 cupscauliflower, grated/ finely chopped
  6. 2 tbspcoriander leaves, chopped
  7. 1 tspgreen chillies, finely chopped
  8. 1 tspgarlic, finely chopped
  9. 1 tbspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix together atta, oil and salt. Add water and mix.

    Knead to form a smooth and soft dough. Cover and let the dough rest for 5- 10 minutes.

    For filling, mix the chopped cauliflower along with green chili, coriander, garlic n salt.

    Take a dough ball and place stuffing n close it. Gently roll this into parathas

  5. 5

    Heat a pan, cook the parathas on both sides. Smear ghee while making the parathas.

    When brown on both sides, remove n serve.

  7. 7

    Serve Gobhi paratha hot or warm with green chutney n tea.
