1/2 tsplemon juice
1/2 tspblack salt
1/2 tsppepper powder
1/2 tspamchur powder
1green chilli
6mint leaves

Cut all the vegetables and fruits and just toss with lemon juice, salt, pepper powder, amchur powder and then make an array of all as per your choice.

I cut out the red tomatoes into heart shapes and made it interesting for this Valentines Day.
