Easy Vermicelli Strawberry Custard Recipe/Roasted Seviyan Custard. An interesting, creamy and tasty fusion dessert recipe made with custard powder and vermicelli/seviyan.
Steps

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.

Add the chopped cashewnuts, almonds and hazel nuts. Fry till light golden. Add the raisins, cranberries and blueberries and fry for few seconds.

Add the roasted vermicelli/seviyan and fry until golden brown.

Add milk and sugar. Stir well. When it comes to a boil, cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add more sugar, if needed.

In a small bowl, add custard powder and milk. Mix well until lump free. Set aside.

Now add the custard mix. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes. Add less custard powder or more milk if thin consistency is required.

Vermicelli Custard is ready to serve. Transfer it to a serving bowl.
