Ingredients: 3 small onions; 1 big sweet potato; 2 small carrots; 1/2 apple; 1 clove garlic; 3 cm ginger; 75 gr red lentils; 1.5 l stock of choice; 1 tb madras curry; 1 tb turmeric; 1 tb (cocoa oil); Optional: 10 ml (coconut)cream; Optional: lime juice

1.5 l

3small onions
1big sweet potato
2small carrots
1/2apple
1 clovegarlic
3 cmginger
75 grred lentils
1.5 lstock of choice
1 tbmadras curry
1 tbturmeric
1 tb(cocoa oil)
Optional: 10 ml (coconut)cream
Optional: lime juice

Clean the veg and the apple

Cut into pieces. Except the apple and ginger

Heat the oil.
Put in onions and garlic
Cook for a few minutes
Grate the ginger in the pan

Season with spices

Put in the other veg and the stock
Grate in the apple

Cook until boiling
Then add the lentils

Cook until the veg are tender.
Optional : put in the cream.

Mix the soup.
Serve with croutons
