Strawberry Ice Cream

First mix 1 liter milk and 4 tbsp of milk powder in a nonstick pan. Now, turn on the gas flame and keep stirring till it erupts.

Then, take 4 tbsp of custard powder in a bowl, add 2 tbsp of water, mix and keep stirring the mixture by adding a little bit of boiling milk.

After 5 minutes, add 1/2 cup sugar and mix it well, then turn off the gas flame and let it cool.

Now, add 1 cup chopped strawberries in the mixer and crush. Add strawberry pulp, 2 drops of red food color and one tspn of strawberry essence to the prepared cold mixture and mix well.

Then, fill the mixture in a plastic container, add 1/2 cup strawberry pieces, cover with foil paper and set in freezer for 8 to 10 hours.

After 10 hours, remove to a serving bowl with a scoop, garnish with strawberry pieces and serve.

So, the Strawberry Icecream is ready.

I used an ice bowl to serve the ice cream here, for which I filled a bowl with a little water, added strawberry pieces and leaves, put the weight in the bowl and made it by freezing for 4 hours.
