Heat oil in a wok and slightly saute garlic.

Now slightly saute onion.

Meanwhile, take curd in a bowl. Add chili powder, salt, water, and turmeric. Whisk it properly.

Now slow the flame and add curd.

Cook it for 1 to 2 minutes. So our Dahi Tikhari is ready.

Sprinkle coriander leaves and Serve them.
