Cooking Instructions

Grease 9x13 pan. Cube bread and add to pan

Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk in milk and vanilla, then add eggs and continue to whisk.

Pour mixture evenly over bread then add raspberries. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

In morning, remove from fridge, preheat oven to 350. Bake covered for 30 minutes, uncover and bake for additional 15 minutes.

Drizzle with syrup, bake 5 to 15 minutes more. Done when you can insert a knife in the middle and it comes out clean.
