Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 2 LbsGround Pork
  2. 1egg for egg wash to seal lumpia’s together
  3. 3 Cupscooking oil
  4. 2 CupsShredded carrots
  5. 2 Cupsshredded cabbage
  6. 1small white onion 2 Cups of Cilantro (optional)
  7. 2 Tablespoonsgroud ginger (or fresh ginger
  8. 2Jalapeños (optional)
  9. 2 Tablespoonsminced garlic
  10. 2 Tablespoonssoy sauce
  11. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  12. 2 tablespoonsblack pepper
  13. 1 tablespoonsSalt or to taste

    In a 12 inch Non Stick skillet

  2. 2

    Add the ground pork cook untill all the pink if out

  3. 3

    Drain excess fat oil add back to skillet

  4. 4

    Add all the veggies and seasonings combine well

  5. 5

    Cover and cook untill tender

  6. 6

    Set a side let cool off add all the mixture to a large bowl

  7. 7

    Have the lumpia wrappers thawed out

  8. 8

    Take one lumpia wrapper off the individual plastic paper

  9. 9

    Very gently so they won’t tear

  10. 10

    Add two tablespoons of mixture to the lumpia wrapper roll twice then fold on each side like an envelope

  11. 11

    And add egg wash at the tip all across then roll to close

  12. 12

    Repeat all the wrappers

  13. 13

    Add the oil in the 12 inc non stick skillet

  14. 14

    Let get hot and add a grain of rice if if floats to the top it’s hot enough to add the lumpia’s

  15. 15

    Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or untill golden brown

  16. 16

    Remove gently from
    Oil set them all on paper towels let cool and enjoy with red sweet & spicy Chile 🌶 sauce
