In a 12 inch Non Stick skillet

Add the ground pork cook untill all the pink if out

Drain excess fat oil add back to skillet

Add all the veggies and seasonings combine well

Cover and cook untill tender

Set a side let cool off add all the mixture to a large bowl

Have the lumpia wrappers thawed out

Take one lumpia wrapper off the individual plastic paper

Very gently so they won’t tear

Add two tablespoons of mixture to the lumpia wrapper roll twice then fold on each side like an envelope

And add egg wash at the tip all across then roll to close

Repeat all the wrappers

Add the oil in the 12 inc non stick skillet

Let get hot and add a grain of rice if if floats to the top it’s hot enough to add the lumpia’s

Cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or untill golden brown

Oil set them all on paper towels let cool and enjoy with red sweet & spicy Chile 🌶 sauce
