This is our homemade recipe, learned from my grandmother, this recipe has to be served with hot rice.
Steps

Peel a squash, cut it into small pieces, and boiled water.

Now heat mustard oil in a pan, stir in nigella(kalonji) and fry with garlic and onion.
If onion and garlic turn brown, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt to taste. - 3
Now mixed all the spices well, fry them well with pre-cooked arum root in it, mix well with coriander leaves, and serve with hot rice.
