Ingredients

3-4 people
  • 350 gramsMaan kachu/Arum Root
  • 10cloves of garlic Crush
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 large chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoonsmustard oil
  • 1/2 teaspoonnigella(kalonji)
  • 1 tablespoonchilli powder
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel a squash, cut it into small pieces, and boiled water.

  2. 2

    Now heat mustard oil in a pan, stir in nigella(kalonji) and fry with garlic and onion.
    If onion and garlic turn brown, add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Now mixed all the spices well, fry them well with pre-cooked arum root in it, mix well with coriander leaves, and serve with hot rice.
