My 9-year-old niece likes to eat donuts and wants me to teach her make one, but the fried version not that healthy, so I try to make an oven version with her this time.

The doughnut molds used this time are about 7 cm each, and the amount of stuffing is just fit for 12 pcs.
這次使用的甜甜圈模具每個約7厘米,餡量剛好適合12個。

Preheat oven to 180°. Whisk egg and caster sugar until light yellow; mix well with milk; sift in all the flours and baking powder lightly; add honey and melted butter. Finally, pour the mixture into a pastry bag, then squeeze it into the mold (about 80% full), and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.
把焗爐預熱至 180°度。 將雞蛋和幼砂糖打至淡黃色; 與鮮奶充分混合; 篩入所有麵粉及泡打粉,輕手拌混; 加入蜂蜜和及已融化牛油。 最後,將混合物倒入擠花袋,然後再擠入模具中(大約80%滿),以180°度焗15分鐘。

Let the doughnuts cool slightly, then unmold.
讓甜甜圈稍為放涼,然後脫模。

This time, my niece wanted to make different colors for her donut, I used white chocolate with natural food for its color. Can skip the food coloring by substituting with other flavored chocolates.
這次因侄女想做不同顏色的甜甜圈,所以我用了白朱古力加入食用色素作調色。可用其他口味朱古力代替,而省去食用色素。

Also, it is recommended to melt the chocolate with a double boiler (I tried using the microwave but it got burnt 😅). And, the doughnut is required to be dipped in chocolate quickly, because the chocolate solidifies quickly. If you feel that the melted chocolate has hardened, reheat the whole pan of the chocolate over hot water again. Lastly, decorate your donuts as you like.
此外,建議隔水煮溶朱古力(我嘗試用微波爐但結果燒焦了😅)。而甜甜圈需要快速沾上朱古力,因為朱古力很快凝固。如果感覺融化的朱古力變硬,可把整盤朱古力再放入熱水裡隔水加熱。最後,隨自己喜好裝飾你的甜甜圈。

Since I was a guest at a friend's house that night, and my friend couldn't eat too sweet due to his health condition, I made another donut with a rare sugar version as a gift. The amount of rare sugar is the same, and the doughnuts are only slightly sweeter and darker in color, but I think they should be healthier!
那天晚上我到朋友家做客,朋友身體狀況不能吃太甜,所以我又做了一個款稀有的糖版的甜甜圈作為禮物。 稀有糖的份量是一樣的,做出來的甜甜圈只是稍微甜一點,顏色也深一點,但我想應該是更健康吧!
