Ingredients

  • Egg Tofu
  • 8-10Young Chinese Cabbage leaves, sliced
  • 60 g Golden Needle Mushroom/Enoki Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp soy salt
  • 2 tbsps Carrot, cubed
  • 1/4 cup water

Steps

  1. 1

    Put Golden Needle Mushroom, Chinese cabbage, carrot, water and soy sauce into the bowl. Steam for 25-30 minutes. Then keep it warm. Scoop only the clear soup into a small bowl. Add tofu Ready to serve😋
