Ingredients

2-3 peoples
  • 2large onions finely chopped
  • 100 gramsroasted white sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoonsbesan
  • 2 tablespoonrice flour
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonchilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonnigella
  • as neededWater
  • As RequiredMustard oil for frying pakoras

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the ingredients except oil in a bowl and mix well.
    Do not give water in advance, give water only if needed.

  2. 2

    Now put mustard oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, fry the sesame mixture in small pakoras.

  3. 3

    Fry the pakoras on medium heat.
