Clean and wash the spinach. And boil it. Now keep it in cold water for two to three minutes. Now let it cool and grind it.

Put tomatoes, onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies in a mixer jar and grind them.

Now heat oil in a pan. And add tomato puree.

Now add all the spices. And add spinach puree. And cook for 3-4 minutes.

Now put butter in a pan and heat it. And add garlic and dry red chili.

Now pour this tadka into the spinach.

Garlic spinach is ready. Serve it with chapati, naan or paratha.
