Steps

In pan add coconut, jaggery. Cook 5-6 minutes. Don't make it too dry.Keep aside

In pan add 1 t.spoon. ghee. Add water. Keep to boil. When it start boiling add rice atta. Stir 2-3 minutes. Off the gas.

Take all in plate. Apply some water to your palms & knead a soft dough.

Take one small ball of dough. Flatten it with your fingers to a disk. Stuff mixture.. Close all sides by giving shape of modak.

Arrange modak in modak patra. Steam it 15 to 20 minutes
