Store mein khubsurat shaljum/turnips dekh kar dil chah gaya pakane ka. Phir ghar la Ke shaljum mian ki photo shoot bhi ki 😁itnay pyaray jo lage.
Steps

Wash and cut all vegetables.

Heat oil add onions and zeera and fry till golden colour
- 3
Add ginger garlic paste and fry, add all masalay and tomatoes.

When tomatoes get soft mash them and add shaljum in it and bhun lein in masala
- 5
Add 1cup hot water, cover and cook on low flame, add sugar and green chillies in it. Cook till turnips are tender if hard than add some more water. Add dhania and lemon juice in it when done

We add little sugar or gurr in Shaljum because there is a distinct flavour in them which is balanced by sugar. You can also boil shaljum for 5_10 mins before adding in masala. Enjoy yummy bhujia with chapatti.
