Steps

Boil water add 2 tbspoon oil and salt.once start boiling add macaroni pasta to it. Cook 8 to 9 minutes. Strain it,add water to remove excess starch.keep aside.

Chop all veggies.heat pan add oil to it.once hot add ginger garlic paste, chillies,saute then add onion, saute.

Add veggies one by one, add pasta sauce,Italian seasoning,salt mix well add 2 tbspoon water. Now add cooked pasta.mix well.If you want you can add half tspoon red chilli powder also. chillies I have used are spicy so I skipped.here I have added 2 tbspoon tomato sauce in the end just to give some sweetness.

Grate cheese cubes half of it mix with pasta and half used on the top. Tastes yum.easy to make. Serve hot. Enjoy
