Heat the ghee into a pan. Add wheatflour. Mix flour very well with ghee.

Roast until it's becomes brown in color.

Heat the ghee into a pan n
Add gond in two batches. If you are an experienced cook, then add gond in a single batch. I added all the gond at once and fried them.Fry them well in ghee and do not burn them. The gond pieces become heavy and puff up when frying.
Remove the puffed up gond in a slotted spoon. N crush it keep fried gond asides. - 4
Now mix roasted gond into roasted wheatflour 👇👇👇.chopped dryfruits.if you want to roast dryfruits then go for it otherwise skip it.

Add Sugar powder in hot wheat flour gond mixture n mix well properly.now add chopped dryfruit n mix it.

Now bind this mixtures into round shape
