Boil water at 2 tbsp oil and salt. Once start boiling add macaroni pasta to it. Cook 8 to 9 minutes. Strain it, add water to remove excess starch. keep aside.

Shop all veggies. Heat and add oil to it. Hot add ginger garlic paste, chillies, saute then add onion,saute.

Add veggies one by one, add pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, salt mix well at 2 tbsp water. Now and cooked pasta. Mix well. If you want you can add half teaspoon red chilli powder also. Chillies you have used are spicy so I skipped.Here I have added 2 tbsp tomato sauce in the end just to have some sweetness.

Grate cheese cubes half of it makes with pasta and half used on the top. Tastes yum. Easy to make. Serve hot. Enjoy.
