All the materials soak in lukewarm water for 25minutes.then drain the water. First grind with few dalls your green chilli ginger, curry leaves, coriander leaves, rest of thr materials grind it, in a mixie. Add salt and hing, and keep it, aside for sometime to mix it well..

Then take a dosa tawa pour some refined oil let the dosa tawa in a good condition you pour some dosa batter over it let them cook nicely then turned into another side make sure your dosa nicely cooked and nice golden crispy dosa you will taste and relish..

Another important point is your dosa is not, coming up to the mark you will add fresh rice powder(half cup) for crispy dosa..
