In a bowl mix Rava and curd. Mix well, and add 1/2 cup water. Cover it and keep it aside for 15 minutes. Then open the lid and add the grated carrot. Add water if you feel the batter is too thick.

Now in a wok add oil, crackle the mustard seed, and green chilies. Now pour it over the batter. Mix well.

Take an appe pan, and grease it with little oil. Now pour little by little batter onto the pan. Cook it on slow flame, flipping it on both sides.

Once done serve it with coconut chutney
