Ingredients

Serves 6 servings
  • 2cucumbers
  • 1 bowlbuttermilk (about 1 cup or 240 ml)
  • 1 teaspoonrock salt
  • 1/4 teaspoonred or black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoonmint leaves
  • 2 teaspoonspowdered sugar

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, pour the buttermilk. Grate the cucumbers and add them to the bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the salt and either black or red pepper. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add the roasted cumin powder, mint leaves, and powdered sugar. Let it sit for a few minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
