Chocolate cake with healthy twist.
Steps

Seive dry ingredients twice,flour,milk powder,corn flour, baking powder, baking soda cocoa powder.

In blender add buttermilk,oil,choco chips, venila essence,sugar and blend it.

Mix both dry and wet ingredients well add water/milk if needed to make ribbon consistency.

Pour in greased,lined mould cook in pre heated kadai for 45to50min.keep it in fridge to cool for 1hour.

For ganache melt chocolate with double boiler method add milk, butter mix it and keep in fridge for 15min.take out beat with beater to make it light to use spread in between layers, remaining warm it to cover the cake with ganache.

Take out cake cut in layer apply water spread the prepared ganache complete the layers,cover side too keep in fridge to set,warm the remaining and pour over the cake set again for 30min,decorate with cocho balls and chocolate gratings.
