Ingredients

2-3 people
  • bee hoo (soak it first until soften)
  • any kind of veggie (whatever you have- refer to my picture as example)
  • slicespork meat (chicken or beef also can)
  • egg
  • minced garlic
  • sauces
  • oyster sauces + sweet soy sauce + soy sauce (salty type) + 2 spoon of water

    Prep all your ingredients. heat your wok and cooking oil. and fry minced garlic until golden brown and add in your meat. stir for about 3-5 minutes under low medium fire.

    Then once the meat about done, add in egg and mixed, stir then your hard veggie(carrot- optional). get your sauces ready

    Pour in your sauces and then the noodle(bee hoon)

    Stir it all well then add your leafy and soft veggie (example in picture below). fry stir for about 5 minute under hot fire. so your noodle dont get soggy.

    Once it is all about to dry, u can slow the fire and then it is done. serve to your family. My kids enjoy it. The sauces is very important.

    Tips : i been making rice noodle alot, i notice that, it is better to soak with room temperature water than hot water. Reason because, once u cook the overly soften noodle, the end result tend to be sticky and the noodle are not chewy.
