I made this sago Khichdi with small sabudana and it was delicious and loved by my family.

I made this sago Khichdi with small sabudana and it was delicious and loved by my family.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chilli and saute on low flame till the curry leaves are crispy.

Then add chopped potatoes, salt, sugar and fry till crunchy. Add the peanuts and roast for a minute.

Mix the soaked sago and cook on low heat till the sago change to pearls. Now it's ready to serve with curd.
