Ingredients

2-3 people
  • 15chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • black pepper
  • 50 mlrice wine (or white wine)

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate in rice wine and discard the liquid when the chicken drippings have dissolved.
    Then rub the chicken with salt and pepper.

    Arrange the meat on the griddle so that they do not overlap each other.

    Roast in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
