Ever since I was little, I have loved eating delicious 🤤 fresh fried rice , so today I’m going to be recreating the delicious food, hope you guys enjoy ☺️ ❤️ (You can also put mini shrimp in it or any other meat of choice.. 😀)

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 CupBacon (recommended)
  2. 1Crab stick chopped into small pieces (or other meat of choice - ham, shrimp, chicken, salted fish)
  3. 2 Tablespoons (30 g)Spring onion (Recommended)
  4. 1/4Of chopped onion 🧅
  5. 1Small egg 🥚
  6. 1/2 Tablespoonsesame oil
  7. 1 Tablespoonsoy sauce (Instead of salt)
  8. Ghee (For pan)
  9. 2 Cupscooked rice
  10. 2separated egg yolks

Cooking Instructions

30 Mins
  1. 1

    Start of by putting a little bit of ghee on a pan then put your pan on medium heat (you can also use a wok) Then put your rice, soy and sesame sauce on the pan..

    Mix them around a bit then add your egg yolks, onions, bacon and crab sticks or meat of choice then mix..

  3. 3

    It should be starting to get its golden colour..Now crack your egg over the pan and let it slightly cook, stir..
