Add a chicken, water, garlic cloves, ginger, green parts of the leek, rice wine and white pepper to a pot.
And heat over high heat until it boils. - 2
Reduce the heat to low and remove the lid.

Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, remove the green parts of leek, and add the peeled and sliced potatoes and the bite-sized white parts of leek.

Boil for 20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.

Grate or crush the garlic.
And mix all ingredients for sauce. - 6
Cut the meat into easy-to-eat pieces with scissors dip them in the sauce and eat.

Sliced onions or spring onions in the sauce are also a good idea.
Boiled udon noodles or rice noodles are also a good match.
