  • 2leek
  • 100 mlrice wine
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 3potatoes
  • white pepper
  • 4 slicesginger
  • Spicy sauce
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespooncrashed chili
  • 6 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 2 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 2 teaspoonssesame oil
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonmirin
  • 2 teaspoonsmiso

Steps

  1. 1

    Add a chicken, water, garlic cloves, ginger, green parts of the leek, rice wine and white pepper to a pot.
    And heat over high heat until it boils.

    And mix all ingredients for sauce.

    Cut the meat into easy-to-eat pieces with scissors dip them in the sauce and eat.
