Heat water till it boils then put your noodles and cook half way

Drain and keep aside

Chop your vegetables

Pour little oil and saute onions and garlic till fragrant then add habanero

Pour the bell peppers,carrot and peas and saute then add curry and seasoning

Add the noodles and mix then add little water and allow to simmer for few minutes

Serve with any protein of your choice
