Today I have made tasty and easy Salad recipe. This quick and easy salad is perfect to serve at parties, It must be mixed just before serving to retain the fresh colour and crisp texture of the ingredients.

For Salad -
1/2 cupboiled sweet corn kernels
1 cupcolourer bell pepper (red, yellow, green), cubees
1/2 cuptomatoes, cubes
1/2 cupsoaked and boiled rajma(kidney beans)
1/2 cupcrushed nacho chips
For Dressing -
2 tbspolive oil
1 tspchilli flakes
1 tspdried oregano
1 tbsplemon juice
to tasteSalt
For Garnish -
as requiredNacho chips

Take a bowl add all dressing ingredients and mix it well. Dressing is ready, keep aside.

Now take a mixing bowl add all salad ingredients except the nacho chips and mix well. Then add prepared dressing and mix it well.

Lastly add crushed nacho chips and toss well.

Serve immediately garnished with nacho chips.
