Wash the chicken and Tom Yum herbs thoroughly, then cut them as needed.

Bring the water to a boil. Add the Tom Yum herbs, salt, and seasoning powder.

Add the chicken and cook until the chicken is done.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the tamarind juice and taste. If it's not salty enough, add fish sauce to taste.

Add the tomatoes, kaffir lime leaves, and Thai basil leaves. Stir well, then turn off the heat.

Squeeze in the lime juice, stir, and serve hot in a bowl.
