Puffed rice Upma is very healthy and tasty breakfast.I have made it with lots of vegetables and nuts.So full of vitamins,minerals and fiber.It is so colourful and nutritious that you can not resist.

Puffed rice Upma is very healthy and tasty breakfast.I have made it with lots of vegetables and nuts.So full of vitamins,minerals and fiber.It is so colourful and nutritious that you can not resist.
Steps

Wash puffed rice in a strainer.

Heat oil in a pan,fry peanuts in it and remove it on a plate.

Add mustard seeds,cumin and curry patta.Saute.Add onion and ginger.Fry until.light brown.Add red chilli powder, salt, carrot,peas.Cover and cook for 5 min.so that peas and carrots become soft.Add tomato and puffed rice.Mix.it well. Cook for 3-4 min.Switch off the gas.

Sprinkle pea nuts, raisins and walnut and mix.

Serve it hot and enjoy.
