Add turmeric powder (option) for colour and salt to taste in wheat flour and sift it.

Add 2-3 tsp oil and water to knead the dough soft and add oil to it again and knead it well and rest it for 30-45 mins by applying oil to it

For puran take Chickpea (Chana dal) and soak it for 30 mins and put them to boil. Later separate water and dal.

And keep the water aside for amti. Add the dal in pan and add jagger to it later after melting of jagger add nutmeg powder.

Add cardamom powder,dry ginger powder and let the dal cook in jagger syrupy.

After the mixture it all cooked and dry. Sift the mixture.And knead the dough again and make small ball of it.

Make bowl like shape of small balls of dough and stuff purna into it and close it well and gently press it and try to spread purna.

Take a butter paper and apply some oil to it and put the ready ball on it and upon that again put butter paper oil applied to it.

Roll the ball gently and while rolling it make sure you turn the butter paper and the ball. And later remove the upper butter paper.

Take the butter paper and put it on pan and remove the paper gently and let it get roast properly.Later brush ghee to get.

For amti take a pan and add oil,jeera,garlic,asafoetida and curry leaves to it and add the remaining water of Chana Dal used to make Puran.

Add Malvani red chili powder,malvani garam masala,turmeric and salt to taste and mix well.

Cover it with lid and let it cook for 5-10 mins and add tamarind its totally optional mix well. And add coriander leaves. And Our Wheat Flour Puran Poli And Katachi Amti Is Ready To Serve
