A lazy method due too cluttered Kitchen sides - need a Kenwood Food Mixer and 2 big metal bolt attachments for connecting Kenwood Lasagne Roller Attachment

Place the Plain Flour in your Kenwood Food Mixing Bowl and season with lots of grinds of Rock Salt or Sea Salt and then crack 2 hen eggs in and then add the 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil - add the One tablespoon of cold tap water and then attach the Kenwood Dough Hook too your Electric Mains Kenwood Food Mixer - mix on the maximum setting and then place Flour in a large Food Bag and then place raw Pasta inside and then store in the Fridge

Boil lots of cold tap water in a large Pasta Saucepan and add One tablespoon of Olive Oil too a non-stick Wok and then add the roughly chopped onions, gently fry for about 10 minutes and then brown off the Beef Mince along with the onions and then add the jar of Bolognese Sauce, gently simmer with the lid on for as long as a further 30 minutes

With only about 15 minutes or 20 minutes left of cooking time. Divide the One big ball of Pasta dough into 8 equal sized small balls and then pass them One by One through your Kenwood Lasagne Roller on the 4 dial setting and then just pass the Pasta through once and then immediately put the Lasagne Pasta Sheet into the boiling water - do all of the rest and then boil cook for 10 minutes and then place drained Pasta into your sauce

Cook the Pasta further within the Bolognese Sauce for 5 minutes and keep turning while the hob is on the highest setting and add bits of Parmesan Cheese and then serve
