Ingredients

  1. 4 poundsbeef,ground
  2. 1/4 poundpork,ground
  3. 3eggs well beaten
  4. 4 tablespoonscream
  5. 8crackers rolled fine
  6. 3/4 cupmilk
  7. Salt 3 tablespoons butter melt over hot water
  8. Pepper onion seasoning
  9. Celery salt or use 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning to suit taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all ingredients. Roll in beaten egg and cracker crumbs,baste with hot water into which little butter has been dissolved. Will make 2 loaves. Serve with hot tomato sauce. Bake in 375f. Oven about 2 hours. Serves 6to 8.
